Roundup is a well-known brand of weed killer, or herbicide, used by millions of people throughout the United States. Roundup is manufactured by Monsanto, which was acquired by Bayer in 2018. However, before the acquisition, in 2015, the International Agency for Research on Cancer determined that Roundup is “probably carcinogenic to humans.”
Since then, thousands of consumers diagnosed with various forms of cancer have brought product liability claims against Bayer, seeking compensation for the life-changing damage caused by Roundup.
